There is absolutely no charge to contact Our Care for advice, recommendations, or initial guidance.  Many planning-related questions can be answered with ease (and privacy) through email communication.

As our design is to encourage family-driven care and ceremonies, much of what we offer involves complimentary education and need-based assistance.

We are pleased to provide informal presentations to small groups who are interested in exploring options, whether traditional or unconventional, and to hold healing space for families who are anticipating challenges.  All presentations are provided free of charge, although we graciously accept donations.

Our knowledge and experience includes (but is not limited to) details surrounding physical death, funerary processes, body preservation, embalming, cremation, natural and green alternatives, religious rituals, humanistic approaches, memorials, photography/ videography/ design, burial products, cemetery options, legal requirements, financial assistance, and bereavement groups.  While Our Care is founded on the idea of encouraging family participation, we are able to undertake and manage end of life details and care, through any part of the process.

Should we ever feel a need to attach a fee to a service that is requested, we will do so in advance and attempt to assess charges on a sliding-scale basis.  As a policy, all products purchased and fees incurred through Our Care partners and suppliers are provided to our clients at cost.
